Accounts
To access subscription features of our application, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase if you have not accessed more than five hours of premium content. Annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
Physical Products
All physical product orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging.

All audio recordings, text, images, software, and other content on our platform are the exclusive property of Calmwoodlandsong Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by international copyright law. Personal subscriptions grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream or download content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
